Joel Coleman is a creative community-minded chef with a vision for great local ingredients. We worked together to bring his local old school good ice cream to fruition through business development and coaching. His ice cream blends science, simple local ingredients, and imagination.

Vicki was a great help in translating my passion for making ice cream into La Lecheria’s vision and branding strategy.  Her creative mind, knowledge of the local food community, and enthusiasm for my idea gave me the encouragement I needed to make this dream a reality.
